The Insight Program, P.C. assists employers in managing their most important resource – employees!  InSight EAP provides guidance to organizational leadership in order to improve and manage behavior and performance in the workplace.  Our services decrease turnover, increase performance and often lower costly insurance premiums as we are able to resolve concerns through the EAP rather than expensive referral sources requiring insurance coverage.
