We have three programs offered to help employers manage and develop productivity and performance in the workplace. Our advisement is provided in a manner consistent with organizational and team culture.
This service provides a supervisor working with one employee on an issue or situation the opportunity to work with The Insight Program, P.C. in addressing issues and strategizing for solutions.
Organizational guidance about policies, procedures, programs and intervention strategies are
provided (services provided based on contract guidelines).
Customized Supervisory Training
Change in the workplace can lead to feelings of uncertainty for supervisors & managers. Whether the changes are due to a transformation in the workforce, modifications to policy and/or procedure or an altered environment, Insight can assist in addressing those issues.
Core EAP Functions
- Consultation with, training of and assistance to work organization leadership (managers, supervisors and HR professionals) seeking to manage the troubled employee, enhance the work environment and improve employee job performance; as well as outreach to and education of employees and their family members about availability of EAP services.
- Confidential & timely problem identification / assessment services for employee clients with personal concerns that may affect job performance.
- When necessary, referral of employee clients for diagnosis, treatment, assistance, case monitoring and follow-up services.
- Identification of the effects of EAP services on the work organization and individual job performance.
